Your Guide

For six years as an Army Officer I challenged systems, asked hard questions, worked with change-makers across industries. I was bold. I made a difference.

But I also learned that courage without self-trust is unsustainable. You can be brave for a while. But if your internal foundations are built on self-criticism, low self-worth and a need to prove yourself, you will eventually crumble or pull back.

Self-leadership is what makes change sustainable. It's what allows you to keep showing up. To trust yourself through the hard parts. To create what you want without sacrificing yourself in the process.
