I help conscious people live what they know.

A 6 week experience to learn and embody the foundations of conscious leadership so you can be the person/leader/parent you really want to be.

You've probably noticed: knowing better doesn't automatically mean doing better.

I spent years collecting insights, reading the books, doing the therapy, understanding my patterns—and still found myself reacting the same way in the same situations. The gap between my awareness and my actions felt like a personal failing.

It wasn't.

That gap is where the real work lives. Not in gaining more self-awareness, but in learning to lead yourself through the moments when your patterns want to take over.

This is what I do now: I help people bridge that gap. Turn insight into embodiment. Self-awareness into self-leadership.

I'M READY FOR CHANGE

The work found me (or I found it)

I was obsessed with understanding myself. Psychology degree, personality tests, every self-development book I could find. I collected insights like some people collect stamps.

I knew my attachment style. Could explain why I needed validation. Understood my perfectionism. Recognized my patterns with painful clarity.

And yet.

I still couldn't stop myself from seeking proof that I was loved. Still didn't know how to make things feel "enough." The knowledge didn't translate. I kept waiting to finally get it—to arrive at some mythical place where all this awareness would click into place and I'd just... be different.

The breakthrough came when I studied ontological coaching and maturation work. Suddenly, all those pieces I'd been collecting—the psychology, the self-knowledge, the frameworks—started to fall into place. Like a jigsaw puzzle where all the pieces had been scattered across the floor, and someone finally showed me the picture on the box.

Over the past 4-5 years, those pieces have slowly connected. And what I realized is this: awareness is just the first step. The real work is learning to lead yourself through the moment when the old pattern wants to run the show.

That's the gap I was living in. And that's the gap I help people bridge.

How I Can Help You…

I don't do hand-holding. I don't do cheerleading.

I do clear seeing. Loving confrontation. And practical tools for leading yourself through the messy, real moments of life.

My approach weaves together ontological and maturation frameworks with somatic awareness, neuroscience, human development, and energy work. Sometimes we'll explore your human design. Sometimes we'll touch on ancestral patterns. It depends on what you need and what's alive in the moment.

Because here's the truth: You already have what you need. My job isn't to fix you or give you more information. It's to help you see what you're not seeing, navigate what you're avoiding, and practice leading yourself differently until it becomes natural.

This means:

  • I'll reflect back what I see, even when it's uncomfortable

  • I'll trust you to do your own work between sessions

  • I'll give you practical tools, not just concepts

  • I'll hold you accountable to what you say you want

  • I'll meet you with compassion AND expect you to show up for yourself

The goal is always the same: that you become your own best guide. That you develop the capacity to lead yourself through whatever life brings.

Here’s What Creates Real Change

Awareness without action is just sophisticated procrastination. Knowing your patterns isn't the same as leading yourself through them.

You can't think your way out of embodied patterns. Real change happens in real moments—when you choose differently while feeling the pull of the old way.

Self-leadership is the most important work we can do. Not because it makes us perfect, but because it makes us capable. Capable of meeting life as it is, not as we wish it were.

The personal is planetary. Every time you lead yourself differently—through conflict, uncertainty, discomfort—you're participating in the quiet revolution. The one where we build a more conscious world from the inside out.

You're not broken. You're patterned. And patterns can be led, redirected, and transformed—but only through practice, not just understanding.

Work With Me

  • Know Yourself

Identify the patterns that have been running you - where they came from, how they show up and what they cost you.

Learn to notice in real time when you’ve left your centre and gently bring yourself back.

Result: You feel more whole - no longer fragmented by unconscious conditioning.

  • Trust Yourself

Build the emotional and somatic capacity to stay with discomfort instead of reacting to it.

Develop self-trust so you can move even when you feel uncertain.

Learn to discern between fear that protects you and fear that limits you.

Result: You become your own safe person - you trust yourself to stay present through anything.

  • Show Yourself

    Turn your awareness into action.

Be more of your authentic self, not your conditioned one.

Lead your life with clarity, integrity and courage - in work, relationships and beyond.

Result: You stop drifting or waiting and start taking aligned action - one step at a time.

  • "This has shifted my life in so many ways. I am able to speak more openly with my colleagues and to put forward my thoughts and feelings (in the past I couldn't do it because of fear)"

    Jenn

  • "It's just been a few weeks now and I've felt such a difference in the way I experience everything"

    Jane

  • "I'm able to navigate triggering situations with more and more ease"

    Peta

  • "I have a renewed belief in myself and a refreshed perspective on life"

    Anne

    Danny

  • "The sessions have really helped me take a step back before reacting and to understand why I react in certain ways. I'm enjoying working through issues that arise to reflect and modify my behaviours, enabling me to act in a more conscious way."

Your Guide

I teach self-leadership because I know what it takes to create lasting change and this is the foundation. For six years, I worked as an Army Officer and innovation lead. I challenged systems, asked hard questions, worked with change-makers across industries. I was bold. I made a difference.

But I also learned something crucial: courage without self-trust is unsustainable. You can be brave for a while. But if your internal foundations are built on self-criticism, low self-worth and a need to prove yourself, you will eventually crumble or pull back.

Self-leadership is what makes change sustainable. It's what allows you to keep showing up. To trust yourself through the hard parts. To create what you want without sacrificing yourself in the process.

I burned out because my foundations weren’t stable. I rebuilt myself from the ground up on solid ground. I want to share everything I’ve learned with you so you don’t have to get to the point I did.

I have a degree in Psychology, a Masters in Educational Practice and Innovation and I'm a Certified Maturation Coach. I've been doing transformational coaching work for the last five years and informally before that.

I know how people learn, develop and create lasting change. Self-leadership is the foundation that makes everything else possible.

I want you to know, deep in your bones, that you've got your own back.

Because when you do, everything changes. You stop playing small. You stop waiting. You stop abandoning yourself. You become self-determined. Author of your own life. Led by your wise self, not your autopilot patterns.

That's what's possible. And I'm here to help you get there.

Beyond The Work

I'm a digital nomad with my partner Paul and our working cocker spaniel Button. We housesit around the UK, which means you'll often find me cuddled under a blanket with my laptop, a cup of tea, and a dog or two beside me—the best co-workers.

I'm always wearing fluffy socks (even in summer, because I love being warm). I live for truthful conversations—the kind that are so true they're often confronting. And I'm constantly living this work myself: catching my own patterns, leading myself through uncomfortable emotions, practicing what I teach in real time.

Because that's the thing about self-leadership—it's not something you master and tick off the list. It's a practice. You just get better at recognizing when you're being led by your patterns, and more skilled at choosing differently in the moment.

This Work Is A Calling From Life

I've been obsessed with the gap between knowing and doing for years—long before I had the language for it. My Masters dissertation was literally called "Be The Change: Investigating The Difference Between Learning About Leadership and BEING A Better Leader."

Because everyone can tell you what good leadership looks like. We all know how to eat healthy, communicate better, be present. But if knowing was enough, the world would look very different, wouldn't it?

This work—helping people bridge that gap—is what I do now. And I'm constantly reminded that we never complete it. We just get better at catching ourselves, more skilled at leading ourselves through the moments that matter.
