What You'll Learn: The Self-Leadership Framework

Over 6 weeks, we'll work through the three pillars of self-leadership. Each pillar builds on the last, taking you from unconscious patterns to intentional living.
🌱 WEEKS 1-2: KNOW YOURSELF
You can't lead what you don't understand.
This is where we build awareness - the foundation of all transformation.
What we'll cover:
Recognising your patterns and where they came from
Understanding your emotional responses and triggers
Identifying how and when you abandon yourself
Distinguishing between your conditioning and your true self
Seeing your protective mechanisms for what they are: learned, not true
What you'll practice:
Witnessing your patterns without judgment
Tracking your self-abandonment moments
Connecting to the wise part of you beneath the conditioning
By the end of these two weeks: You'll have clarity on the patterns that have been running your life—and you'll know they're not who you are. You'll start to feel the difference between reacting from conditioning and responding from presence.
🌿 WEEKS 3-4: TRUST YOURSELF
Once you see yourself clearly, you build unshakeable self-trust.
This is where we develop capacity—the ability to hold yourself through anything.
What we'll cover:
Building emotional capacity to hold discomfort without running
The practice of staying with yourself when you're triggered
How to support yourself through fear, shame, and uncertainty
Acting with integrity and alignment (building trust through action)
Giving yourself permission to want what you want
What you'll practice:
The Pause Practice: responding instead of reacting
Self-soothing and emotional regulation in real-time
Making aligned choices even when they're uncomfortable
Having your own back in difficult moments
By the end of these two weeks: You'll trust yourself to handle uncomfortable emotions. You'll know how to hold yourself with compassion when you're triggered. You'll stop abandoning yourself in the moments that matter most.
🌳 WEEKS 5-6: SHOW YOURSELF
This is where self-leadership becomes active.
This is where you integrate everything and start leading yourself through life with clarity and courage.
What we'll cover:
Making decisions from clarity instead of fear
Taking responsibility for your life and choices
Speaking your truth when your voice shakes
Setting boundaries without guilt
Living with direction, purpose, and agency
What you'll practice:
Conscious decision-making from your wise self
Taking action on what you actually want
Navigating real-life situations with your new skills
Embodying self-leadership in your daily life
By the end of these two weeks: You'll know how to lead yourself through anything. You'll make decisions with confidence. You'll speak up, take risks, and go for what you want—because you trust yourself to handle whatever happens.

Every week, we meet live for teaching + coaching.
What happens on the calls:
I teach the framework and skills for that week's pillar
You bring your real situations and get coached through them
You watch others get coached and learn from their patterns
You ask questions and get personalized guidance
You leave with practices to integrate the work
The calls are a mix of teaching, live coaching, and community learning. You're not just learning concepts—you're practicing the skills in real-time with support.
